Digital copying provides a full range of copying options: two documents can be copied onto a single sheet, and with flatbed copying, different sized documents can be easily reproduced onto A4. The LaserBase MF5730 prints at a super quick 20 pages per minute, and you can start printing straight away as there is virtually no warm-up time with Canon's On-Demand Fixing technology. The 50 page Auto Document Feeder means there's no need to split up large documents for copying and scanning. With the 250 sheet paper cassette capacity, you'll spend less time tending to paper refills. The LaserBase MF5730 also comes with a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed interface to your computer which speeds up data transfer. The scanner in the LaserBase MF5730 uses CCD technology to produce high resolution 1200 x 2400 dpi images, and offers all the features you would expect, including scanning to PDF or email and increased scanning depth of 48/24 bits for greater color accuracy. Documents or photos can be scanned perfectly and with maximum detail. When you replace the cartridge in the LaserBase MF5730, you are essentially making your machine as good as new. All of the device's essential parts are contained in the toner cartridge, which can be quickly and easily removed, so the need for machine servicing is essentially eliminated. Setting up the LaserBase MF5730 is a breeze with a single software installation for all three functions - which means you can print scan and copy from one unit, with only one connecting cable. This model comes with AXIS 1650 Print Server. The AXIS 1650 Print Server enables users to easily and cost-effectively share Canon printers on a network.
